This is the web site for my 2 year comprehensive movement training. I started this journey in January 2013, and will complete the course of study and testing components in October 2014. I am so excited to collaborate with my instructor, Gordon Browne, PT, on a geriatrics-focused professional level course beginning in November 2014. Check out this site to learn more about my training as an Orthopedic Movement Specialist.

The Franklin Methodteaches “how to use your brain to improve your body’s function. It can be applied to improve all of your abilities. It all starts with the knowledge that we have the power to change.” So true!
